No. PE Software does not connect to any external AI agent or online AI service. The AI model runs locally on your computer after you download it.

No. PE Software does not require any tokens or credits. All features, including the AI predictions, run without consuming tokens or paying per use.

PE Software is linked to your account, so you can log in with your account on any PC and sync your projects. However, your account can be active on only one PC at a time.

By default, your projects are stored locally on your PC. They are only uploaded to the cloud if you choose to sync them.

PE Software is currently in beta testing. Pricing and licensing for the production release will be announced on the product page.

PE Software is a planning tool that helps planning engineers build a baseline schedule from a BOQ. It cleans and maps BOQ items, predicts the division of work and master activities using an AI model and the Planning Bank, and automatically generates a Baseline package that includes an XER file of the baseline schedule, cost loading, resource loading, and a narrative report. Additional modules, such as reporting and EOT claims, are coming soon.

Planning engineers, project controls staff and contractors who need to turn a BOQ into a structured baseline schedule quickly.

PE Software requires a Windows 10 or Windows 11 64-bit computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent processor, 8 GB RAM, 5 GB of available storage, and a minimum screen resolution of 1366 × 768. An internet connection is required for software activation, updates, and online features.

You need to have an internet connection when you create your account, download the planning bank, and then you can work offline for 1 week before the software asks you to log in again.
