  2. Filter by text

    Click on the small triangle at the top of the column, then choose the text to be filtered.

    Choose Text Filters, then the option you want for your filter

  4. Formula for number filter

    Go for Columns that contain numbers, such as quantities, rates, and amounts. Then click on Number Filters and choose the formula you want to apply
