5- Is it justifiable to have a lower delay/negative float on monthly updates compared to the same monthly window in window analysis

6- Window Analysis Scenario – Let say the monthly report of the end of DEC has -10 days float & in the case of 30 days windows end of DEC when a delay event is analyzed the contract show delay of -30 days. Is it justifiable?
