Overview
Why should you study claims management?
In today’s competitive corporate environment, efficient time management and timely project completion are crucial for organizations to remain competitive. Despite the growing need for time management in construction projects, many projects are failing to meet their deadlines.
This can have serious consequences for the hiring company, such as increased costs and halting of processes. Project managers must be competent in managing time and carrying out operations and activities to reduce the time period. To prepare project managers for such scenarios, it is essential that they understand the Extension of Time and delay analysis.
Unfortunately, many courses on similar subjects tend to focus on theory rather than application, with a heavy emphasis on memorization. This course sets itself apart by providing opportunities for practical application of real-life claims in the construction industry.
