How to Download Article Resources from Our Website
Every article on our blog is free to read. Many articles also come with downloadable files: the article as a PDF plus templates, checklists or sample Excel and Primavera P6 files. These files live in the Library of the course they belong to. This guide shows you where to find them and how to download them in under a minute.

Why it works this way: over 90% of our articles answer real questions asked by our trainees. Course enrollments fund the team that writes the articles and builds the templates, so we keep the articles free for everyone and keep the files for the trainees who make them possible.
Step by step: download the files of an article
Scroll to the download card
At the end of the article you’ll find the Download the Resources of this Article card. It shows the file name and the course (or courses) that include it.
PDF · 577 KBIncluded in: Intermediate
Log in and enroll in that course
Click the course name in the card. It opens the course page directly on its Library tab. Log in, and if you’re not enrolled yet, enroll in the course. Already enrolled? You can also open the course from Profile → My Courses.
Open the Library tab
If the Library isn’t already open, click the Library tab on the course page, next to Overview, Curriculum and Reviews.
Search and download
Copy the article title, paste it into the Search box and click Download. That’s it.
Not enrolled yet? You can still open the Library tab and browse the full list of files. You’ll see an enroll or log-in message instead of the Download buttons.
Courses that include a download library
Our Arabic Planning Basics and Intermediate courses share the same libraries as their English versions.
Common questions
I’m enrolled, but I don’t see the Download buttons
Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to enroll, then refresh the course page. If they still don’t show, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Can I download files without paying?
Yes. Enroll in the free Primavera P6 Basic course and you can download everything in its library.
The article doesn’t have a download card
Not every article has extra files. If there’s no card at the end, the article itself is the full resource.
The file I need is in a course I haven’t joined
Each library belongs to its course. The All-in-One Roadmap Package gives you every course and every library in one enrollment.
