Today’s world depends in every step on the social networks, news are spread like fire, friends and connections all over the world talk together in few seconds, and even careers market, most companies ad employers rely on the social media, specially for sure “LINKEDIN”.

Facebook and Twitter trailed by a wide margin, reaching only 26% and 15% respectively. (Source: Herd Wisdom)”
So if you are a student, graduate, post graduate, or even a professional, I assure you that writing the perfect LINKEDIN profile is the most vital step in selling yourself well, however, doing your resume in the first place in the right procedures shall allow you to complete your social profiles too easy, as a result let’s start talking about the steps of doing the perfect profile on LINKEDIN.
The first thing you add on your profile is your name, try always not to make it your four names, 2 or 3 names will be fine, surely including your last family name, that makes your name memorable for employers and connections, after your name comes the country, position and the photo, actually many photos on LINKEDIN is far away from professionalism, your photo have to be nice, professional one, which means cannot be a casual photo, on beach or with friends or with special emotions!! It have to be clear, only you, and photo to be put in work, we have to always be aware that LINKEDIN is totally different from Facebook, which we will discuss in later articles.
But the most important after your name is actually the summary, it’s around from one to three paragraphs, you express yourself in all ways in this paragraph, its like you are holding a microphone and some guy told you “tell me who you are in less than 5 minutes!!”,
- So that’s why it have to be to the point,
- Use catchy and simple words,
- Showing your best points of strength,
- Describes your education and previous experience,
- What are your future ambitions?
- Also don’t forget, don’t be repeatable in words and sentences you describe yourself with.
