In this topic i am opening a discussion about Members Primavera Time schedules (Real Projects). The Idea is to discuss every week one schedule from our members, which will lead to create a library of primavera time schedules to be a guide line for others.
How it Works ?
1- If you want to share your primavera time schedule for discussion you need to send me a brief of your project in addition to the xer file and PDF files to [email protected]
2-Every week i will select a primavera time schedule and i will publish a post named ” Week 1,2,3…etc Schedule for discussion. We then will read the primavera schedule and start commenting and advising on it, creating better ideas and try to find mistakes on the schedule.
3- This is very powerful method to develop your planning knowledge, believe me if you participated on this small project you will learn something new.
4- I invite you all to add your comments, If you did not tell us what is in your mind you will never know if it is correct or wrong.
