How to Export your Updated Time Schedule 

from Primavera P6 With Its Baseline in it

From File Choose Export

This Window will Show Up Choose “Primavera P6 – (XML)” and Next

After Clicking on Next, this window will Show and From Baseline to Export Choose your Baseline.

After Selecting Baseline to Export, you will find the assigned baseline and then choose Export and OK

After Choosing the File Location, Check “Export XML file to a Compresses File “and Finish

The Exported File will be in Zip format; when you import it, it will also be imported in Zip format as “Primavera P6 – (XML)”.

Then you need to Import it into your PC

Choose the File Type While Importing it and Open.

Then Select the Baseline attached to the Time Schedule

Choose the Assigned Baseline, check Import then OK

Then Next till you Finish it and It will be Imported

Then you will find the imported Schedule with the Baseline attached
