
From Primavera to Excel Sheet
Greetings, Planning Engineers! At times, we may need to transfer data from our Oracle Primavera schedule to an Excel sheet for sharing with parties who are not familiar with Primavera P6. Unfortunately, copying data from P6 results in losing the WBS formatting. To address this issue, I have developed an Excel sheet that allows you to copy data from Oracle Primavera and paste it into the sheet. The macro embedded in the sheet will automatically format the data to match Primavera’s layout. Additionally, the sheet offers various color themes to apply to your data, and with a single click, you can save your formatted data to a new Excel sheet. Just Do the Following Steps and It will Work Fine: 1- Right click on the file after you unzip it and click properties
2- Check the Unblock in the security section in the general tab as shown below
