    Live Construction Planning Discussion where we discussed the following topics:

    1- Hockey Curve and small change big impact atomic habits.

    2- who is responsible for determining the duration of activities, the project manager, the implementation team, the planning engineer.

    3- There are activities in the project that I have a great doubt that will be completed on time, what is the solution?

    4- How do I make a reference to the productivity rate for the region in which I work?

    5- Can you explain or short video using store period performance correctly in p6 and its application and use in large projects.

    6-I have a question about delay analysis, how to learn this field, and references that might help from your pov Sir?

    7-What would be your approach to define the progress percentages if documents prepared by the engineering office are being constantly rejected by the client in an EPC environment?

    8-how can we check that our critical path is correct and how to handle multiple milestones and critical paths?

    9-what is the ideal sequence for MEP 2nd fix (HVAC,FF,FA,plumbing,drainage,electrical,elv) prior to false ceiling clearance (for high rise building). Should these activities interlink with soft links?

    10- From where can I get the SDK tool program ?

    11- I am facing, delay issue currently. there are concurrent delays. what is the best way moving forward… for a contractor.

    12-In window analysis what is the window period? it should be limited to baseline duration or we can extend till delay evnts occurs?

    13- which one to use while making a baseline, duration, or physical

    14- For float, how many days is acceptable?

    15-please can you update the schedule in excel and export the same to p6, instead of updating directly on p6

    16- can you explain schedule % and performance %

    17- What is the best method to addition or omission of project scope into the baseline schedule?
