1-If I have a project with 2 contractors and everyone has a separate schedule can you explain to us how to make an update?
2- Question with another way if having 2 contractors how can merge the two schedules and update throughout the project construction ?????
3-How can I know that the schedule covers all the scope if I am new in an existing project ???
4-if want to study claims from where can I start, from which point?
5-if I have intermediate milestones is should put any constraints to fix them?
6-Hi, I am currently taking your Power BI course, While so, one question constantly comes to my mind, what if the baseline change?
7-We have activities A > FS > B. But B started earlier than A. We changed the “update” link to A > FF > B and recorded that in the changelog. Did we do right?
8-When we go to EOT would we change the baseline same as the log before the EOT study? Is that in our favor or against us and better to ignore?

14- Someone is Planning Engineer in the infrastructure industry for the last 5 yrs and gets a chance to work on some other projects of Pharma etc as PMO ( Agile, Scrum Master, etc). Is it a good option or not?
15- After preparing a revised program which becomes your new baseline?
16- In revised program preparation do u detach your baseline?
17- I have prepared a revised program, but my plan % is not equal to the actual, how do I solve this?
18- How does primavera calculate the percentage of WBS summary activity?
19- Does the December offer (on planning engineer web) includes the new course
20- What is the difference between recovery and a revised schedule.
21- What is the best way to report progress to my management, they don’t care about Physical/Unit/Duration % complete, they just want to know how far the project is?
