PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Project Control Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, forecasting, and performance reporting for major EPC and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and monitor project baseline schedules using Primavera P6.

✅ Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and financial forecasts.

✅ Track project progress, productivity, milestones, and critical path activities.

✅ Prepare project dashboards, S-curves, and weekly/monthly progress reports.

✅ Identify project delays, risks, and cost overruns, and implement recovery plans.

✅ Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.

✅ Support delay analysis, EOT claims, variation assessments, and contractual reporting.

Requirements:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. ▪️ 15–25 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning, and cost management. ▪️ Strong expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling, cost forecasting, and progress measurement.

▪️ Experience in EPC, marine construction, ports, dredging, reclamation, or heavy civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

▪️ UAE, Oman, or GCC project experience will be an advantage.

▪️ Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
