Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts cum Cost and Planning Engineer to manage contract administration, cost control, project planning, and scheduling throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering to execution and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contracts, subcontracts, tendering, commercial evaluations, and negotiations.

Handle variations, contractual claims, EOT submissions, payment applications, and final accounts.

Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-control reports.

Monitor project expenditure, cost performance, and completion forecasts.

Develop and maintain project schedules, recovery plans, and critical path analysis.

Prepare progress reports, cost reports, S-curves, and management dashboards.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, clients, and subcontractors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in contracts, cost control, and planning.

Experience in detailed engineering projects, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

ADNOC or GCC project experience is highly preferred.

Strong experience in variations, claims, EOT submissions, and final accounts.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.

PMP, AACE, or RICS certification is an advantage.
