GREEN GROUP is a Saudi Arabia-based Design amp; Build company specializing in luxury fit-out, interior and exterior finishing, landscaping (softscape and hardscape), and architectural design, with integrated construction capabilities.Headquartered in Riyadh, GREEN GROUP is expanding its Egypt-based Technical Office to support its growing portfolio of projects across Saudi Arabia.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain master schedules, baseline schedules, WBS, and detailed project schedules.
Prepare and update weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and Technical Office teams to track progress.
Develop recovery plans, acceleration plans, and critical path analysis.
Prepare resource-loading schedules and coordinate material delivery timelines.
Maintain project schedules and progress data using ERP systems and planning software.Prepare S-curves, progress reports, dashboards, and planned-versus-actual analyses.
Support cash flow forecasting, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
Monitor multiple projects and prepare consolidated planning reports for management.
✅ Qualifications &; Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
Practical experience in luxury fit-out, interior and exterior finishing, and/or landscaping projects is required.
Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple project schedules simultaneously.Strong understanding of project execution sequences, scheduling techniques, and project controls.
Experience with Saudi Arabian or GCC projects is preferred.
Excellent analytical, coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
