Planning Courses

+ Bachelor’s degree In Mechanical Engineering.

© Minimum 3-6 years of relevant planning/schaduling

experience in MEP contracting, with mandatory UAE experience

on similar-scale construction projacts

« proficiency In Primavera £6 (mandatory), MS Project, and MS

Excel

+ Strong understanding of MEP works sequencing, particularly

mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting)

+ Familiarity with £07 claims, delay analysis techniques (e.g.

time impact analysis, windows analysis) is a plus.

+ excellant analytical, communication, and coordination skills

+ Ability to work undsr pressure and manage multiple project
