🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✔️Planning Experience with Real Estate companies of 3+ years in Microsoft Projects (MSP).
✔️Ensuring the overall Planning of the Construction schedule.(Construction of civil, finishing, MEP and infra, contractors schedule, drawing schedule, and resource allocation productivity, permissions for OC)
✔️Tracking & Co-ordination (Contractors, Consultant & PMD) – Resolving Bottlenecks.
✔️Cash flow Preparation.( project Monthly, Quarterly , Monthly )
✔️Preparing quarterly Schedule, PPC, WPR, DPR and to monitor and track progress of work, giving updated weekly target to the team .
✔️Control and follow-up for RCC drawing, MEP drawing, Façade drawing, Railing Drawing, Fire chute & Architectural drawing.
✔️Reducing TAT (Turnaround time) and delay analysis report.
✔️Raising Milestone of Project.
✔️Co-ordinate with different departments, liaise with site team and propose techniques for optimizing time and cost.
✔️Monitoring and tracking of requisition to delivery of materials.
✔️To coordinate review meetings with management, consultants, vendors and contractors.
✔️Preparing MIS Reports related to projects.
✔️Ensuring follow up on drawings, designs, tenders and material procurement and contracts.
✔️Value Management, Cost Variance Report.
✔️Value Engineering

👤 You should have:
Min 5 years of experience in Planning Engineering into Real Estate Industry.
B.E/ Civil Engineering background preferred
Proven leadership & communication skills
A track record of delivering complex projects on time
