🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and prepare contracts & invoices.
✅ Execute planning and quality control.
✅ Handle tendering & bidding (estimation and proposals).
✅ Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
✅ Manage resource & cost loading.
✅ Track progress through EVM reports and cost control.
✅ Prepare and review shop drawings.
✅ Handle claims & variation orders.
🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
⏳ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Office & Planning.
💻 Advanced skills in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Excel.
📍Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.
