WE ARE HIRING | PLANNING ENGINEERSEl Samman Group is currently looking for talented and experienced Planning Engineers to join our team and contribute to major Construction Projects in Saudi Arabia.

We are hiring for the following positions:🔹 2 Senior Planning Engineers📌 Experience: 5–7 Years🔹 2 Planning Engineers📌 Experience: 3–5 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.

• Prepare baseline programs and monitor project progress against approved schedules.

• Track project activities, milestones, and critical paths.• Analyze delays and identify their impact on project completion dates.• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Technical Office, Cost Control, and Commercial teams.• Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies when required.

• Monitor project performance and provide accurate progress updates.

• Support the preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) documentation.

• Participate in project planning, tendering, and pre-construction activities.

• Prepare and review Technical Offers / Technical Proposals for tenders.

• Contribute to tender planning, project methodologies, and preliminary schedules.

🔹 Requirements:✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

✔️ 3–7 years of experience in Planning within construction/contracting companies.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.

✔️ Excellent understanding of project scheduling and progress monitoring.

✔️ Good knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM).

✔️ Experience in delay analysis and recovery schedules.

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Good knowledge of Technical Offers and Tendering.

✔️ Ability to prepare project execution methodologies and preliminary programs.

✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills.

✔️ Previous Saudi/GCC experience is highly preferred.
