PLANNING ENGINEER

📍 Location: Brookfield, Bengaluru

💼 Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update project schedules and work plans.

Monitor project progress and track milestones.

Coordinate with site, design, procurement and execution teams.

Prepare project progress reports and planning dashboards.

Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.

Track project timelines and resource requirements.

Candidate Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2+ years of experience in residential construction.

MIVAN construction experience is mandatory.

Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel.

PLANNING MANAGER

📍 Location: Whitefield / Hoskote, Bengaluru

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage overall project schedules and execution plans.

Monitor project progress against planned timelines.

Lead and coordinate the planning team.

Work closely with project, design, procurement and execution teams.

Identify project delays, critical activities and potential risks.

Review weekly/monthly progress reports and S-curves.

Monitor project performance and recommend corrective measures.

Ensure timely completion of projects.

Candidate Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

8+ years of experience in residential construction.

Strong MIVAN construction experience is mandatory.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.

Strong leadership and coordination skills.
