• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.
• 5–9 years of planning and scheduling experience, including at least 3 years owning a project schedule through execution.
• Relevant offshore, marine, energy or heavy construction planning experience within FEED/EPC environments.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and Excel skills, with strong knowledge of schedule development, baseline control and progress measurement.
Experience with ADNOC or ARAMCO project controls processes, delay analysis, Power BI and PMP certification would be an advantage.
