Planning Courses

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update baseline schedules, WBS, resource/cost loading, and critical paths.

Prepare tender programmes, weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.

Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) and monitor project performance/productivity.

Conduct delay analysis (TIA, Windows Analysis) and handle EOT claims.

Coordinate across design, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

3–5 years of planning experience in construction/building projects.

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 & MS Project.

Strong command of CPM, EVM, and delay analysis (TIA/EOT).

Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent English communication skills.
