Planning Fast Track is a very special workshop to develop medium size projects planning using super fast techniques. I have prepared for you the tools we will use in this workshop to avoid all time consuming tasks and we will be focusing on Planning. 3 Different Projects complete planning from A to Z including the following:
1- Reading the project Bill of Quantity and understanding the project scope of work.
2- Preparing the Cost and Resource Loading using my special super fast tool.
3- Preparing the project activity list and WBS using the Fast tracking tool.
4- Loading Cost, Resources, and Sequence the activities in Primavera using time saving tips and tricks.
What is different in this workshop?
First of all, this work shop will fill the gap between being a beginner to a Professional Planning Engineer. Unlike, the other courses in the Planning Engineer Website, this workshop will be developed with your inputs and questions. In another words, i have the core contents of the workshop with my special tool to develop medium size projects programme of work super fast. However, i will be available with for for 12 weeks (the duration of this workshop) to explain, discuss, answer your questions, and see how i build the professional schedule of 3 different projects in front of you.
What is the Schedule of this Workshop?
I will open the registration of this special workshop now, and i will close it once i have around 20 trainees. We will be deeply involved together for around 3 months (12 weeks) where we will select 3 different projects (maybe you can share projects to use as a case study as well) and we will take 4 weeks to finish each project. We will study the project together, solve problems together, and we will have a small closed group to discuss the case study among the workshop duration. A: Lessons are recorded based on our discussions. I will record the lessons based on your inputs and having recorded lessons available for you 24/7 is much more valuable than having live sessions because of different time zoning and personal commitments. However, we will have special group where what we discuss today, you will find it tomorrow in the lessons; that is why this workshop is very special.
Q: Will i have access to the videos after the workshop completion?
A: Yes, sure. You will have lifetime access not only to the workshop lessons, but also to the support group where you may raise any questions while working in real life and participate with your colleagues as well.
Q: Is there completion certificate?
A: Yes, but this is not the most important feature of this workshop. To know how to deal with different problems and solve them quickly and professionally is more valuable output from this workshop.
