JOB DESCRIPTION –
Planning and execution of work for speedy completion of project. •
Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management. •
Preparation of clause 14 program as per scope of work in Primavera and Microsoft Project; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to, cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. •
Preparation of baseline construction program at the tendering stage and detailing of the same during the project execution stage using project management tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project.
Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical problems for management reporting.
Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and my project team.
