you can create the cash flow data for your time schedule if you have already define the cost for each activity in your time scheduling using one of the following techniques :

1- Create monthly cash flow data form the primavera reports as shown in the following video :

2- Copy the budgeted cost data from your resources spread sheet for the cost resources as shown in the attached file
