Yes, you are correct. I would like to congratulate you because you are the only one who catches this mistake. Actually, we did it intentionally to see how many of you could catch such vital mistake. Furthermore, if you checked the relevant information of the same event you could find some discrepancies in the dates between Original event source (letter, RFI, Comment…etc.), Project Manager discussion document, Supporting letter, Team discussion document, and the EOT log.
What I am trying to tell you here (I will talk about this topic in next week lecture), if you want to develop a professional claim, all your documents should tell the same story. Otherwise, it will be very easy for the client/consultant to defeat your case and find good reasons to reject your claim.
Next Week I will post the correct version of all the documents. Until then, could you please check what you have in hands and see if it makes sense? You might find more mistakes 🙂
