Yes, you got my question absolutely right, this method we have used in our recent EOT which we submitted to our client here in KSA. I just want to have your comments on it.
We changed the bar color of the activities (events) to prominent these on gantt chart (like Orange color for change orders, light blue for delays etc. )
We did all this thru applying activity codes, then filtered these one & printed to make life easier for our client.
