Dear Eng.Farman ,
Kindly find the following answers for your quires :
Submitting your recovery schedule before performing you delay analysis for your entitlement EOT will waste all your EOT entitlement , if you make a recovery schedule how can you get your entitlement for the employer delays.
recovery schedule means that you are late and you have to show the employer your plan to catch the completion date for the project , so all the delays will be mixed form your side and the employer side and in this case it will be very difficult to get your EOT.
So you have to submit your EOT delay analysis with your last programme , whether it is approved or not and tell you consultant that you will submit the recovery for your schedule and your delays after you get your entitlement for the EOT from the Employer side to save your rights.
for any disruptions or delay you create an activity and link it with its relevant relationship to your programme and use one of the delay techniques and get your EOT entitlement, i think now after the workshop it is very easy task for you to perform any of the delay analysis techniques
