Make Filter for B.O.Q Ref. No , to filter all the items that contain the same type

For example:we want to add in the type Column ” Apartment A1 ) opposite to all the items that contains “APT.A1″ in their description for easy filtering and grouping for any type and this will help us in our planning tasks in different stages

1- Add new column named ” TYPE”

2- Make the filter ,  as shown in the attached photo

3- Type each opposite to the relevant items
