2- Its according to CSI Master format and you can easy download it
3- You can find the BOQ Summary in the BOQ and it is part of the contract as it will define the project value according to the Project Scope.
4- Price in the BOQ is the selling price , the value of each item you will get if you execute it and off course it will contain all the cost for the item ( Direct , Indirect , Profit , Risk cost ,… )
