How you load the units into the resources? You need to change the budget unit for each resource with its cost. When you load the resource at the first time to the activity it will multiply the duration by 8 since your default unit per time is 8. This is fine, you need to export the resource assignment now into excel and change the budget units as we explained in the lessons.
