
After reviewing all the contract docs, other details I found worthy to take note of though not part of the “Output Document” are below:
Contractor to supply:
– Engineers, Supervisors, Manpower, Materials and Equipment
Term:
– “The Contractor shall be subject to the penalties provided for by the General Conditions of Contract.”
ARTICLE 6: INVOICING & PAYMENT:
– The invoicing and payment shall be made in accordance with the dates General Conditions of Contract.
New Clause:
– If the Contractor is behind the work schedule, the Employer may at its sole option, and with ten (10) calendar days prior written notice to the Contractor hire additional labor and equipment to augment the Contractors workforce for which the costs shall be deducted from the Contractors invoices.
