You can add index column to (Activity_Code_4) and sort by it steps as following:
1- Go to the query editor – Form Home Transform data.
2- Select Activity_Code_4 Query , then go to add Column index Column from 1, close and apply the Query changes .
3- GO to data ,Column tools , Select Activity_Code_4,then Code_4_Desc column, sort by Index.
