unfortunately, I still facing the same problem with primavera but in different sequences
1- I have updated schedule with actual units and costs and dates as I said, and I want to modify budget units for all scheduled activities
for the reason of variation and when i tried to export from excel i did not get a logical result
2- when I choose import xer file and choose to update the existing project i find my activities do not linked wbs and its very hard to cut and paste to wbs again
3- is it possible to update dates and activity status by excel, what about resources in this case?
kindly, I need this answer to solve problem in my work
