physical percentage does not roll up in primavera p6. You have two options now to show progress in WBS level:
Option 1: Add dummy resource and make the units of it equal to the activity duration and show units % complete instead of physical % complete.
Option 2: after updating the physical % complete do a global change to let the duration % complete = physical % complete and show duration % complete in the % complete field.
