You can merge them using export and import form excel , you can export all activities resources assignments and after that you can merge the resources and the cost using excel , it will be a very easy tasks and you can use filter for matching activities in a short and fast way , then you can delete the activities you don’t want form your time schedule form the excel sheet before importing it.
