I downloaded your files and connected the database to the power bi file, refreshed the queries, and went to data view and found that all the actuals data are included in the data table already.
You maybe find it as blanks (activities that have no actuals yet), just scroll down and you’ll find the activities that have actuals at the end of the table.
So when you add columns in a table in your excel sheet make sure that:
1- The columns you added are included in a data table. (bonus: name your tables as you name your sheets in excel)
2- Make sure that the data table is imported to power bi. (from the data pane at your right hand)
3- Refresh after making any change in the data tables in excel.
4- Make sure that your queries have no errors.
5- Make sure you’re choosing the right format for the columns you added.
