The problem was in your model relationships. The date relationship was not active (dotted). See the below screenshot:
I removed the relationship between the activities (activity ID) and P_values (activity id) and E_values (activity id). To make the dates relationships active. Double-click the dotted line and click activate this relationship.
Now the report should works fine (attached the modifioyed copy)
