Based on my best understanding of your question, to show the dates whether planned or forecast, you can simply copy the following columns from Primavera P6 and paste them into Excel:
Do not forget to remove any symbols or “A” letters that can be added to the dates from Primavera, aim to have clean dates without any additional symbols or text so it is readable by Power BI. Out of this set of data, you can create a report like the following:
