Answer: This problem is caused by relationships interruptions. The data tables are connected with relations, power BI by default prioritized the relationship between tables with activity codes “Active” and made relationships with activity id “Inactive”.
That’s why when you’re filtering with activity name or ID nothing happens in the planned values table (The resources visual).
To solve the problem, delete all relationships between tables and create them again manually and prioritize them up to your preferences.
For example connect activity IDs between (Activities) and (P_Values and E_Values).
Then think of the activity codes relationships that you might need after connecting with ID.
After that check your report again and everything will work again as you want.
