This keeps the content updated, practical, and deeply relevant. While articles’ content is available for free as part of our freemium learning model, the resources linked to these articles—such as templates, guides, and checklists —are premium and exclusively accessible to our enrolled trainees.

Here’s why this balanced approach matters:

• Free: Our articles are carefully crafted to provide practical steps, expert knowledge, and proven best practices focused on the specific topic at hand. We’ve chosen to keep these articles completely free and open to everyone, because we believe that learning should be accessible to all. By removing barriers, we invite every visitor to explore, engage, and benefit from the knowledge we share, without any cost or commitment.
• Premium:  Since our trainees are the driving force behind this initiative, their ongoing support through course enrollments and thought-provoking questions is what fuels the creation of every article and template we produce. We take these real-world questions and transform them into high-value articles, practical templates, and downloadable resources designed to enhance the learning experience.

To make this content even more accessible and useful, we convert these articles into downloadable PDF files, allowing our learners to keep a personal library for future reference. But we don’t stop there—we also attach ready-to-use templates, checklists, and supporting files alongside these articles. What is the Course Library?

The course library is a source of supporting materials, including:

• Conversion of the question into Articles and Templates.
• Case studies and lessons learned from our projects.
• Best Practice How to do.

These materials are carefully selected to deepen your understanding and support your practical learning. Among these, you will find article PDFs that are highly relevant to your course content.

4. Step-by-Step Guide to Access the Course Library

Ready to get started? Here’s how you can find and access the Library in your course.

First Scenario: Explore your course library.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

• Visit our website and log in using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to “Profile”

• Once logged in, head to the “Profile” section, where all your enrolled courses are.

Step 3: Select the Course

• Browse through your enrolled courses and click on the course where the article library is available.
• Click on the Course to access the Library

 

Scroll through the course page until you reach this section.

As you can see in the following picture. The library is shown at the bottom of the page, but you can’t download it from here, so click on Access Course Library to download any Article resources you want

 

After clicking on Access Course Library, you will go to this page where you can download all the article’s resources. You can search for the Article name in the search bar

By now, you are inside the course Library, where the magic happens.

Second Scenario: Download a file from our Blog.

You can go to the Blog, then you can search for a certain topic on our website, so you get an Article as follows:

So if you need to download the article resources, scroll down to the end of the page as follows:

You will find that the article resources are assigned to the Basic Course and the Intermediate Course. Copy the article name and click on the course you are enrolled in to download the Article resources.

Scroll through the course page until you reach this section.

After clicking on Access Course Library, you will go to this page where you can download all the article’s resources. You can pastefor the Article name in the search bar as follows:

Then, click on Download so the article will be downloaded.
