
3 Weeks Look Ahead Schedule Excel Sheet
This Excel sheet helps you to make 3 weeks look-ahead by Excel. It automatically gives you one week before the Data Date and 3 weeks after.
Once you change the Data Date all the yellow dates will be adjusted according to your new Data Date.
Once you add the Planned Start and the Planned Finish it will show its bar chart.
And you should put the Actual Percentage manually, if you want to add more columns you can add them right before the yellow columns.
First Step
Open Primavera P6 to copy the Activities from it.
From “Group and Sort”, Delete the WBS.
After Deleting the WBS, Click on “Apply”.
These will be the activities without WBS.
“CTRL+A” then “CTRL+C” to copy all the activities and Paste them into the Excel sheet.
“CTRL+V” to paste them into Excel.
After Pasting it in Excel, From the “Data” choose “Filter” to filter the Activities you want to see its lookahead, then paste them into the Bar Chart sheet to see it.
Only copy the Activity ID and then “VLOOKUP” for the other elements.
After applying “VLOOKUP” for all the elements.
That means all the chosen activities started and won’t be finished after the data date.
